PART A: BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Rhodesia, now named Zimbabwe - a small country in Africa. It was a paradise for an inquisitive, curious, rambunctious youngster. At night in the distance, I could hear the lions roar and the hyenas laugh. When we went into the bush, we regularly saw elephants, rhino, zebra and other animals.
Where did you go to school?
I went to school and university in Rhodesia, South Africa and the USA. I have advanced degrees in Organizational Behavior and Human Performance. I am a life long learner, researcher and new knowledge sponge. I believe that the moment we stop learning or we think we know enough, we’re in trouble.
How/when did you come to San Diego, if you were not originally born here?
I immigrated to the USA in 1989 to open up a Synergy Executive Education office in California.
