Cynthia Scott brings more than 20 years experience in the field of sales, recruiting, training, management and business development. Previously, she had been Regional Manager and Corporate Director of Training for JWilliams Staffing, Irvine, Ca, where she was responsible for recruiting, training and new business development.  Ms. Scott handled developing and implementing training criteria aligned with current market trends along with the management of 3 territories.

Cynthia served as Regional Manager for Real Estate Temps, Newport Beach, from 2000, to 2004.  She is a Master Certified Sales Professional, and a Principal Trainer Nationally for the CSP designation.  Ms. Scott has served for several years on the Board of Directors as Education Chair for both SMC San Diego and Education Chair for SMC Southern CA. She has recently been reelected to the San Diego SMC Board of Directors.

Cynthia led, managed and trained teams of New Home sales people for Taylor Woodrow Homes, NV.  She also sold New Homes for Pulte and The Allen Group of NV from 1990 to 2000.Scott has a NV Brokers License and a CA Real Estate License.

Her journey through life has been filled with travel and adventure having lived for 2 years in the West Indies and a year in London for business.  Scott is filled with a zest for life and a quest for knowledge that is insatiable. She cherishes books, wonderful life long friends, cooking, nature, gardening, golf and her 2 daughters. (not necessarily in that order).

Ms. Scott attended Harvard Westlake School in Los Angeles, CA and was a National Speech Champion at Palomar College – San Marcos, CA.  She also holds upper class units from San Diego State, San Diego, CA. Cynthia is a lifetime member of Pi Rho Phi, a National Speech Fraternity and born and raised in Southern California.
